We have created an immersive experience for our evening dinner service. Service remains upbeat, informative, and precise and staff are more formally dressed. We also dress-up our tables with linen napkins, beautiful glassware and candlelight, while overhead lighting is dimmed to enhance the cosy ambiance.
Head chef, Sam Idione, invites you to feast on home-grown fruit and vegetables, the choicest cuts of locally reared meat and game, fresh fish delivered daily from the Devon coast and seasonally foraged and reared produce from Cirencester and its surrounds. By providing the kitchen with what’s best on the day offers endless inspiration for our dishes and tells the story of our Kitchen Garden through the seasons.
Dinner at Roots + Seeds is served Thursday to Saturday from 6.30pm – 11pm. Food served until 9pm.
You are invited to luxuriate in Sam Idoine’s festive menu and celebrate with family, friends or colleagues in style. Choose from a selection of seasonal starters, marvellous main courses and delicious desserts – then indulge in local cheese. Yum!
