WHO ARE WE?
Roots + Seeds Kitchen Garden brings together a sustainable, home-grown and locally sourced dining hub to The Old Kennels in the heart of Cirencester Park, whilst embracing the wider community.
Roots + Seeds café and restaurant together with a children’s area is situated next to attractive listed buildings, once the Bathurst family’s foxhound kennels and stables in a new beautifully designed light and airy space with vaulted ceilings and large windows. Outside, two courtyards provide dining spaces divided by edible flower and herb-filled raised beds, with access to a new and exciting outdoor children’s play area, as well as the kitchen garden.
Farm to Fork Dining
Open for coffee, breakfast, brunch and lunch daily and for dinner Thursday – Saturday. Modern, fresh, seasonally changing Farm to Fork menus of Modern British dishes with French influences and daily specials. We showcase the beautiful produce delivered by our trusted suppliers and growers within a 25-mile radius of Cirencester Park, alongside our own home-grown produce freshly picked each morning from our on-site Kitchen Garden.
Our Kitchen Garden
We’re establishing a kitchen garden at The Old Kennels to grow, harvest and deliver the freshest home-grown produce year-round straight to our kitchen door on a daily basis. Our aim is to be 75% home-grown by spring 2025, remain seasonally relevant, promote an understanding of where our food comes from and continually strive to lessen our carbon footprint and food miles.
PARKING
When parking at The Old Kennels car park please pay for your parking and redeem the amount when you dine at the Roots + Seeds Kitchen Garden. You just need to spend over £30 with us. One ticket per £30. Just let your server know.
Parking is free after 6 pm – just register your vehicle in the cafe/restaurant. You can leave your vehicle until 8 am the following morning.
